Service, cancellation and refund terms
Clear scope before payment. Fair treatment if plans change.
These terms apply when a customer purchases a Meridian service through this site. A later signed project agreement may add or replace terms for that specific engagement.
The $950 Business Process Review
The review covers one recurring business problem, up to five recent redacted examples, a written action plan, and one 45-minute walkthrough. The brief identifies the observed pattern, a responsible owner, an approval boundary, and a practical measure.
Implementation, software subscriptions, advertising spend, production changes, and continuing support are not included. Any additional work requires a separate scope and approval.
Payment
The Business Process Review is one fixed payment of $950 through Stripe Checkout. It does not renew automatically. Meridian does not receive or store full payment-card details.
Focused repairs, connected builds, and ongoing work use a written scope, exact price, and payment schedule before work begins. Third-party expenses are charged only after the customer approves them.
Starting work and scheduling
Meridian confirms receipt, fit, and scheduling before beginning the review. Work begins when Meridian sends written notice that analysis has started. Customers should provide the agreed examples promptly and remove passwords, payment information, health information, government IDs, and unnecessary personal data.
A customer may request one walkthrough reschedule without charge by giving at least 24 hours' notice. Meridian may reschedule when necessary without reducing the customer's deliverables.
Cancellation and refunds
A customer may cancel for a full refund any time before Meridian sends written notice that analysis has started. If Meridian cancels or cannot complete the agreed review, Meridian will provide a full refund.
After analysis starts, Meridian may retain the reasonable value of work already completed and will refund any unearned balance with a short written explanation. Approved third-party charges are refundable only to the extent the third-party provider returns them. Meridian initiates an approved refund to the original payment method within 10 business days; the bank or payment processor may require additional time to post it.
Customer approvals and access
The customer remains responsible for business decisions and for confirming that it may share the supplied material. Meridian does not send customer messages, move money, alter production systems, purchase media, or make other consequential changes without the agreed authorization.
Any system access is separately approved, limited to the work at hand, and revocable. The customer retains ownership of its accounts, source records, credentials, and business data.
Deliverables and ownership
After full payment, the customer owns the custom written deliverables created specifically for the engagement. Meridian retains its pre-existing methods, templates, general know-how, software, and reusable tools. Each party retains its own trademarks, data, and materials.
No guaranteed business result
Meridian promises the agreed work and evidence process—not a particular search ranking, lead volume, revenue increase, cost reduction, or customer behavior. Recommendations depend on the accuracy and completeness of the examples supplied and on conditions that may change after the review.
Written agreement and governing law
If a signed project agreement conflicts with these website terms, the signed agreement controls for that project. These terms are governed by Colorado law. Questions, cancellations, or refund requests may be sent to the contact address below.
