Workflow Leak Audit
The lead who waited. The quote nobody owned. The customer who had to explain it twice. Meridian compares recent cases to find the pattern, show where the handoff failed, and define the first repair worth making.
What you leave with
The audit stands on its own. You can implement the recommendation with Meridian, your current team, or another qualified provider.

The missing context, owner, rule, or close proof behind the repeated leak.
A practical change sized to test before a wider build or platform decision.
What may be observed, prepared, approved, changed, or never automated.
A baseline and a short list of measures tied to the original cases.
Evidence handling
Initial examples should remove customer and employee details whenever possible. An introductory review does not require passwords, payment-card information, health information, government IDs, or access to a production system.
If later evidence is needed, access is separately approved, limited to the agreed workflow, and designed to be revocable. Read-only sources come first.
Read privacy & evidence handlingA useful example
That is enough to begin. The audit traces how each estimate entered the business, where ownership changed, which context was missing, and what evidence would prove the next response happened. You do not need to arrive with a software specification.
Before anyone asks for access
One recent example is enough for a fit review. If paid audit work makes sense, Meridian will compare a small set of representative cases so the recommendation is based on a pattern rather than one unusual day.
No. The audit names the operating failure, evidence, owner, control boundary, and measure before recommending a page, rule, record, integration, or automation.
Not for the first conversation. If later evidence is required, access is separately approved, limited to the workflow, revocable, and read-only whenever possible.
The fixed-price review uses secure Stripe Checkout after the scope is confirmed. Stripe handles the payment details; Meridian does not receive or store card information. Larger work uses written scope and agreed invoice or ACH terms.
Begin with one recent handoff. If the fit is right, Meridian will help compare it with similar cases without asking you to send sensitive records through the site.
